Peter Davis is a recent graduate of the Hartt School, where he received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Guitar performance in 2022. During his time at Hartt, Peter studied with influential educators, Dr. Joshua Russell, Dr. Julie Hagen, Dr. Vanessa Bond, and Lillie Feierabend, all of whom have published and presented research both nationally and internationally.

Through his student teaching experiences, Mr. Davis taught elementary general music as well as high school instrumental music. In his elementary placement, Peter taught Grades K-5, where he specialized in Dr. John Feierabend’s “First Steps in Music” and “Conversational Solfege” curricula throughout his teaching. At his high school placement, Peter gained experience directing an orchestra and also taught introductory guitar classes. Mr. Davis is currently teaching General Music and Chorus at the elementary level in Encino California.
